Amazing

Just in case you thought that there was any chance that Ramsey Clark retained any vestiges of sanity or morality, we learn that he's been claiming that Saddam is not brutal, and any reports of brutality in Iraq are simply "disinformation" and "propaganda."

And to think that this creature was once a high US government official.

The only reason this guy became AG was because his father(Tom Clark) was on the Supreme court and wanted to replace an old liberal with a younger one(Thurgood Marshall). Considering these openings don't happen that often(we haven't had a new justice appointed to the highest court in the land since 1994), LBJ probably thought it was worth it.
